Family-friendly escape

The kids had a blast at the pools! So many age zones, even a soft play area, kept them entertained for hours. Plus, the staff was quick to offer us a doctor when my child wasn't feeling well, very caring, you know.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly! But manageable with what we got.

The service was good and the pool was nice. We got well-equipped and tidy room with balcony. The atmosphere created was elegant. Location: the hotel was adjacent to many beaches, pools and fun stuff for kids, fun stuff for kids and 2 external restaurants.

The family room we had offered amazing sea views, made every sunset lovely. We loved the spacious pools designed specifically for children, where they enjoyed water aerobics while we soaked up the sun on our private balcony.

easy access to charming landmarks and beautiful parks

i loved how easy it was to explore the charming vieille ville de labin, just a short stroll away, and the amazing beach senicina, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.

Modern hotel with very good food and good location. Nice pool area. Nice view from rooms, restaurant and pool. Nice beach.

- frigde not cooling - air conditioning not working properly and with a bad smell - very few parking spaces (less than 10 for a hotel with more than 150 rooms) so there are good chances you will look more than half an hour for a parking space Noisy in the evening due to the 'cheap' entertaining program at the nearby hotel

The food was excellent

There were times when we did not have hot water, plus you have to pay for every drink in the dinner, even for water, i think it is rude for a 4 star hotel.

We really enjoyed the water aerobics and the spacious family room, but the coffee at the bar was disappointing. A great family getaway, and I'd come back!

Hotel stuff was very polite and helpful, five star! Beach is awesome. Rooms are okay. Breakfast is gorgeous.

Bathroom is a little cheap, but still okay. Dinner is weak.

Crowded pools!!! Better organization for sunbed reservations would enhance the experience. A refresh of entertainment options for adults could help attract a broader audience. Check-in support is sorely needed to ease arrival stress!!!

The room could be a little bit larger.

We loved our family room with a sea view! The layout was perfect, with separate beds for the kids. Super comfy beds, but the A/C could've been better. It was just okay. The balcony was great for drying wet swimsuits, and I noticed how clean everything was around the hotel. A stylish spot that felt really nice to come back to after a day in the sun.

Tasty food, not far from the sea and the town

The room was very small for 4 persons we've ordered as Premium. Really it was a double room. The room has only 1 chair and miniature wardrobe and we should leave our clothes in the suitcases. Too many people on the beach.
